What to bring and what to expect as a prospective tenant:

♦ landlords require proof of income such as paystubs, W2's, 1099's, tax returns etc.

♦ we will also need an identification such as passport, drivers license, resident card etc.

♦ as well as reference letters from prior landlord, employers, colleagues, friends etc.

♦ Landlords also typically ask for background and credit check. In case there is an Association involved they typically also ask for a background check.

♦ As for money, landlords are typically asking for first months rent, last months rent and 1 month security deposit upon move in.
